juz start me n jonathan take second n third place de le...

bt juz start a while den the stupid smkm refree say we two run o..

den straight dissqualified we two ....

coz he is smkm de ma...
so the teacher wan let him win den dq we two....

after tat still need scold us brainless n bodoh o...

2ml gonna go kuantan for xterra malaysia dy....


i so expect to take part in tis competition le...


coz first join so famous de competition !!!....

2day was first day pahang open !!!...




n early morning all runner dy at stadium warm up dy......


n i also start warm up le coz my event also wan start liao ma..


when i watch the 100m o.. walao eh... those runner al super fast de..


the national team de runner all get first le.. sure win de....



tis time gt 13 state came n take part n national team also gt came..........


when till 800m , i was so scare coz i need start to fight vf them le...


n i need to run vf one national 800m recrd holder which came from national team de..


i saw him also very scare le... my heartbeat damn fast tat time de....


finally , i juz get no.6 ony... n my timing juz 2.16minutes.. nt very good only...


my personal best in 800m was 2.10 le..


bt nvm la.. i feel good vf my result dy..


coz i can take no.6 in national open dy very good liao lo.....




nw i waiting for sukan remaja pahang dy....


i hope at least can win a medal back from sukan remaja pahang la !!!>........

yesterday maybe very unlucky la..
going temerloh play futsal ... but the court full dy...


after tat go another court hor.. din open o ... walao eh..
den we cal the ppl lo.. he say 6.30 only come open for us play...
we wait at there lo.. den suddenly raining heavily ....
damn unlucky de....


finally , we can play le... n we win vf 18-2 le... i score 10 goals too ~~ damn happy ..
first time play at there den score 10 goals le... triple head-trick !!!~~



yesterday was going to play futsal tat time , i saw scene ... i saw damn many pro runner train at stadium for 2ml de pahang open !!!~~ tat time i damn scare le....
coz tis wan is national open ma !!! all state de runner also come de.....
haizZ !!!
i will take part in 1500m n 800m le...


i hope i can get a medal back la... although it was very hard to success my aim ~~


bt i still will try my best la !!~~
